Order Shipped To India Address:

We want you to cherish your ordered merchandise, but if something is amiss, please let us know. You may return the merchandise and place a new order for another color, or a different size, or an entirely new style.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered, is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise. For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags. The merchandise return is valid within 10 days from the date on which these goods were delivered.

Easy Online Domestic Returns and Exchanges

We offer free reverse pick-up services for all orders shipped within India. To initiate a reverse pick-up request kindly go to Order Cancellation, fill in the required details, reasons for the return, and attach the invoice.  Once your request has been successfully registered, you will receive a reverse-pickup courier AWB number from us. We request you to follow the instructions given below:

Kindly mention the tracking number/AWB number on the return package

  1. Take a copy of the order sheet and circle the product you are returning.
  2. Pack the item you wish to return in the original delivery package, please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it and all the tags of the product are in place.
  3. Insert the order sheet and ensure that the parcel is packed properly.
  4. The reverse pick-up AWB number and the address given below should be mentioned on the top of the parcel.
  5. When our courier partner arrives, hand over the parcel.
